Q. How do I make a reservation?                            

To make a reservation you can either reserve online through our website or contact us via-email or phone (800) 997 8930.


Q. What is the cancelation policy? 
Cancelation policy: If you cancel 90 days or more before your arrival date, you will be refunded the amount you paid minus a 30% processing and marketing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 90 days of your arrival date, including early check outs, no-shows, or stays shortened or prevented due to inclement weather. Travel insurance can be purchased and is highly recommended.  Please contact your preferred insurer or contact our provider on our website." 

 

Q. If my party needs to check in early or check out late, are arrangements possible?  
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Exceptions to this (based on occupancy) are rarely possible. Arrangements can sometimes be made to store luggage for clients. Please try to appreciate the importance of this requirement. In order to prepare for your arrival we generally have a lot to do in a very short period of time. After the previous week’s guest checks out (as late as 10:00 a.m.) the home must be cleaned. If the home is not occupied the night before you arrive we will generally be performing routine and/or special maintenance and repairs during the day on the day of your scheduled arrival at 3 p.m.

 

Q. Do I have to clean the home before departing?
The housekeepers will clean the house after your departure. You will not be charged an excessive cleaning fee as long as the housekeepers are able to clean the home within 4 hours. Each additional hour after that will cost $35.00/hour. Upon departure, you will be asked to load and start the washing machine with bath towels or linens. You will also be asked to load and start the dishwasher before you leave the home.

 

Q. When will I receive the exact address of the home?
Due to security purposes and the privacy of our guest, the exact address will only be distributed 1- 2 days prior to your arrival. You will be contacted both by phone and e-mail with the address. Prior to this you will be provide with the main cross streets nearest to the home.

 

Q. How will I receive the keys to the home? 
Each home has either a lock box or a keypad to enter. Approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival you will be contacted with a code which will gain you access to the home.
